My story

My career started in search and websites. That grew into Max Pull Marketing, a full service agency for local businesses, medical practices, franchises and multi-location brands. Later came TradeScale Ventures, which I co-founded to give contractors the kind of systems big companies take for granted, and Catalyst Digital, our performance based lead programs for contractors.

Today I split my time between the agencies, a handful of advisory clients, and building what is next: AI powered systems that let a small team deliver like a big one. Strategy, build and execution under one roof, with a person signing off on everything a client sees.

I am Armenian American. My Yaya survived the genocide, and our people rebuild, feed everyone who walks through the door, and do not quit. I carry that into business. Clients get straight answers and real effort.

I am part of the Long Island business community through BNI Coastal Connections and I sponsor local youth sports. At home, I am Tina's husband and a dad first.

The Magnet Ra mark
The mark

One letter. Three stripes.

The mark is Ռ, the first letter of my name in the Armenian alphabet. Its arch is drawn as a horseshoe magnet, the same magnet behind Max Pull. The colors are not an accident.

Red. The poles of the Max Pull magnet, and the first stripe of the Armenian flag.
Blue. Max Pull blue, and the flag's second stripe.
Apricot. The flag's third stripe, and the fruit Armenians have always called their own.
